Disseminating & Last Quarter Moon

September 11 Monday
The Taurus Moon is in her disseminating phase, a time when the tensions that appeared with the lunar eclipse can be released through optimistically acknowledging the complexities of certain situations that have taken stamina to endure, that have demanded being totally present like a witness. Take a simple approach to shift conditions. Be willing to clean up matters, even if it means bringing out the contents in that “can of worms”. During the disseminating phase we can get a clear overview of matters and how to improve our role so that we stay aligned with our goals.

September 12 Tuesday
We have a Taurus Moon offering the serenity that comes from being in a bountiful garden vibrant with color and ripe with edible offerings! We could easily allow our minds to scatter in such an environment. Yet at the same time we could focus attention, knowing such moments are precious, and we can make the most of them, giving our all to whatever is best attended to at this time. At 2:58 pm, MDT, the Moon goes void of course for literally one minute before she enters Gemini. Most of us may miss this moment of heightened sensitivity; yet this mentally focused Gemini Moon is motivated to seek deeper and varied perspectives on what has been happening.

September 13 Wednesday
The Gemini Moon increases internal dialogue and guides us into a broader perspective. If we choose to follow, the experience could be an emotional thrill, opening up new vistas of familiar territory. Our energy may get spent on the freshness of what is being stirred up and provoked in us. Yet it unleashes an exhilarating freedom to choose from myriad directions. Some may be veiled or heavily disguised, possibly leading to trouble or disappointment. Stay focused on essentials that won’t lead you very far astray from your chosen path.

September 14 Thursday
The Gemini Moon has entered her last quarter phase, taking in all that has transpired in the past three weeks to get a realistic appraisal of where to turn next. Amidst multiple transactions, it is important to get sharply attuned to a sense of destiny and discard distractions from that. At 10:00 am, MDT, the Moon goes void of course for almost eleven hours. Slow down and let things happen in their own way lest you make a mess of things as the Moon fans out the ideas of mentally active Gemini. At 9:53 pm, the Moon enters the comforting waters of Cancer.

September 15 Friday
This morning’s Cancer Moon is ultra-sensitive to activity that seeks what is truly alive, that wants to investigate what’s real. This Moon gathers resources, making room for all that is needed to manage the changes it feels coming on with the solar eclipse a week from today. It suggests rearranging some group dynamics and cutting through old stuff so that a clean break from the past can be made, uncomfortable as that may be. Listen to MoonWise tomorrow on the worldwide web at ksfr.org from 1:00 to 1:30 pm, MDT, for the weekend Moon Minute.

September 16 Saturday
Saturday’s Cancer Moon can help us feel the ascent of subconscious matter full of tension under the guise of a need to reorganize or regroup. Adjustments need to be made to get into the rhythm of this eclipse season. The Moon goes void of course at 6:31 pm, MDT, pouring out Cancer’s stream of vivid imagery throughout the night. At 6:15 am, Sunday, the Moon enters Leo, zapping us with dramatic repartees and verbal sparring that may leave us speechless.
