Balsamic and New Moon

March 31 Monday
The Moon has been void of course since late last night, shoveling out the heavy, serious responsibilities of Capricorn. At 7:34 am, MT, she moves into Aquarius where she’s at home with systematically making changes. During the last quarter phase dealing with the outer logical world may be fairly easy. It’s the inner world that wants reforming, and we may feel like our minds are teetering on an edge between how we’ve thought of something in the past and how we might approach it now. The progressive Aquarian route is to make way for the unknown. Listen to a stranger for clues.

April 1 Tuesday
The Aquarius Moon reminds us that there are always tensions to handle no matter how much things change. And we can’t go back to the past. There’s nothing there. What lies in the future are more crises that bring a thrilling rush to the soul, just like a roller coaster ride. The more we ride the waves of ups and downs, the more resiliency we develop. Inner and outer conflicts provide experiences that advance us into the circle of wise beings. Facing difficult issues, with or without fear, promotes a deeper level of understanding that can redeem us from the hardships of life.

April 2 Wednesday
The Aquarius Moon went void of course early on this morning unique with shifting energies of powerful Pluto going retrograde and thinking Mercury entering brainy Aries. While she is ridding herself of an Aquarian sense of knowledge, we may lose a sense of ourselves in the undefined longings of our unconscious mind. Find security by interacting with groups of people during the morning and early afternoon hours. The Moon enters her balsamic phase at 11:58 am, MT. This phase supports multi-tasking on automatic pilot to free our minds for envisioning new elements in our lives. At 2:55 pm, the Moon moves into Pisces, sensitizing us to future possibilities.

April 3 Thursday
With the Moon in Pisces this Thursday it may feel like being exposed to a stormy sea. Moods get tossed around with intense feelings, the kind that can single you out and test your character. Don’t retreat from those feelings; explore them. Let them take you in directions unknown with no expectations. Such an adventure may bring surprising discoveries. Imagine having a magic key that can unlock the meaning behind some strong emotional experience. Pisces takes us into psychic realms rich in states of consciousness of other realities. Break away from the ordinary today!

April 4 Friday
Friday’s Pisces Moon brings a feeling of being united with everything. The hidden web of interconnectivity is visible to the inner senses. At 3:43 pm, MT, the Moon goes void of course for almost three hours of allowing the sensitivities of Pisces to recede. On this last day of the lunation cycle, we may enrich our dreams by retreating to indulge our hearts’ fancies. At 6:27 pm, the Moon moves into impulsive Aries, eager for some straightforward action.

April 5 Saturday
With this Aries Moon we may test our will to boldly hold to a course of self-discovery. At 9:55pm, MT, we have a new Moon, attuning us to our inner light to identify the qualities of what reverberates within us, what endures beyond outward limitations. Here it is as if Aries suggests we dismiss the past and turn our awareness to a future guided by the wisdom of the soul. Venus moves into Aries late tonight, directing our attention to self-love. And on Sunday there may be a challenge to confront some internal power struggle while the Moon is voiding herself of feisty Aries from 9:02 am to 7:20 pm. Then she moves into steadfast Taurus.
