Full and Disseminating Moon

November 30 Monday
With this Taurus Moon we may start the day feeling able to tolerate just about anything as long as it stays out of the way of our personal missions. We may be sensitive to our own pursuits, resisting distractions. Our perceptions are tuned into anything that seems original and innovative. Some little gem of newness feels close at hand and ready to be seized. It seems so tangible that it’s possible to get hyper-stimulated about it, losing track of what’s essential. Luckily, Taurus has the gift of being down to earth, keeping things stable and concrete.

December 1 Tuesday
The Taurus Moon goes void of course at 6:39 am, MT, seeking security in dreams or illusion as she kicks loose nature-loving Taurus. At 7:23 am, she moves into intelligently observant Gemini. And we can get deeper and deeper into another reality with the help of our intuition and with like-minded companions. The full Moon occurs after midnight at 12:30 am, presenting just about everything for the asking. It seems to be lighting up what was previously hidden in the dark of the apparently limitless territory of our inner world.

December 2 Wednesday
With this full Gemini Moon we may discern the underlying connectedness of the various paths we have traveled in this lifetime. At this time we may look for alternative directions that demonstrate our willingness to attend to fundamental realities of living while venturing into uncharted experiences. There is a tremendous tug to move out into the world. And luckily there are many ways to exit the confines of the past and explore other realities. Our comfort level with a new phase of existence may be upset with some peculiar differences.

December 3 Thursday
The Gemini Moon is void of course, and we may feel disoriented since awakening, wandering between the night’s dreams and a vague sense of plans for the day. At 9:01 am, MT, the Moon moves into Cancer, the sign that has a natural knack at developing and completing something. Cancer has the courage to face life’s deeper questions in the face of unidentified power in order to materialize one’s hopes. With this sign we can feed basic needs and share with others in our circle of influence. Yet today we may have to do without something. This may be a sacrifice for some future benefit.

December 4 Friday
This Cancer Moon can feel what belongs and what doesn’t. We too can use a critical sense of sorting out no longer relevant habits for the direction we want our lives to take. Moving on and accepting changes may present some surprises today. We have the chance to make a commitment to some innovation while appreciating past behaviors and traditions. The Moon voids herself of nostalgic Cancer from 10:08 pm, MT, until 10:07 am tomorrow. Listen to MoonWise tomorrow on the worldwide web at ksfr.org from 2:00 to 2:30 pm, MT, for the weekend Moon Minute.

December 5 Saturday
The Moon entered her disseminating phase this morning, a time for uncovering avoidances, letting go of the past for a new freedom, In order to do that we need to weigh our options, looking for hidden connections and ways that might endure. The Moon also entered impressive and purposeful Leo this morning, offering an adeptness with all sorts of drama. Throughout the weekend we may get others caught up in our feelings, especially if our timing is right. Sunday we can make big things happen, overcoming any inertia we may have to activating some change.
