Gibbous and Full Moon

November 15 Monday
The Pisces Moon brings us to a crossroads today. There are so many levels to the directions open to us, many of them visible only to our inner eyes, which makes them high on a priority list. It is important in this cycle to develop those connections that take us into uncharted territory. Much patience is called for as distractions have a strong appeal. Assert your faith in your own understanding of your life in the bigger scheme of things. Believing that our behaviors will bear fruit, encourages every step we make to link up with hidden parts of ourselves or with others in ways that will make us proud.

November 16 Tuesday
With this Pisces Moon we may awaken to a surprising view of our habits. This can trigger a realization of what has been and what can be. The Moon goes void of course at 9:37 am, MT, rinsing off the mirroring glitter of Pisces for over six hours. During this time it is beneficial to let go of self-deceiving behaviors and to envision potential replacements. At 3:59 pm, the Moon moves into enterprising and experimenting Aries. This sign can be overly ambitious and heroically driven to confront the issues that have come up around having effective ways of staying in touch with all of whom we know ourselves to be.

November 17 Wednesday
The Aries Moon enters her gibbous phase at 12:36 pm, MT. At this point in a cycle things are coming together. There are openings through which one can glimpse what is attainable. But it is important to hold one’s course to have connections to other levels of being that one can be proud of. It’s as if we are venturing out on an edge that requires just the right action to not only survive but also to succeed. Finding one’s way may depend on hidden or secret factors not necessarily physically available. With an eye on the spirit of things we have the opportunity to circle in on our goals.

November 18 Thursday
With this Aries Moon we may feel as if we are flowing on a transcendent river in paradise. Venus and Jupiter switch from retrograde to direct action today generating amicable socializing and overall wellbeing. Yet as the day wanes we come face to face with some disappointments that can bring us down. They are, however, a path reminding us that we have the power to access deeper, more fundamental truths that can sustain us. At 10:33 pm, MT, the Moon goes void of course, snuffing out the remaining sparks of energetic Aries. We may feel like our juice is depleted and it’s time for bed.

November 19 Friday
The Moon is in sensual Taurus, a sign she finds pleasurable. Natural beauty is appreciated, especially in its quiet serene states. This sign can give us a sense of safety, security in which we can relax and easily tune into our preferences. This morning brings hopefulness that things can get better, that we have the power to change. This can induce optimism and resourcefulness to produce just what is needed to secure sought after interconnections that brighten our beingness. Listen to MoonWise tomorrow on the worldwide web at ksfr.org from 2:00 to 2:30 pm, MT, for the weekend Moon Minute.

November 20 Saturday
With today’s Taurus Moon, almost full, all of our attention is being called upon to focus on a complete linking up with our inner splendor. We need our ideas and opinions focused on this. There’s plenty of support to be centered and conscious of the interactional avenues within oneself. On Sunday morning at 10:27 MT, we have a full Moon, informing us of the level of our self-esteem. Spend some time Sunday taking stock of how together you are, including any disconnectedness. The Moon also goes void of course at the time of this full Moon, shedding the natural beauty of Taurus, and at 11:46 am, she moves into the interlinking realm of Gemini.
