Gibbous Full Moon

Monday March 2 With this Leo Moon we can be animated with personal discoveries which add nuances to the essential patterns of our self awareness. If we take moments to breathe deeply and relax, tension can evaporate off of us like water on a torrid desert. Sociability seems contagious, as well as concern for equality and fairness which takes under consideration the many differences among individuals. It can be a day to celebrate the distinctions of members in a familial group. Throughout this day much can be learned about the degree to which one does things for the sake of others versus simply for the needs of a situation. Tuesday March 3 The Leo Moon is void of course all day. While she is evaporating the excitement of Leo, it can seem as if we are in the center of a mirage. This can be ideal for all sorts of re-creations of one’s present reality. Our imaginations can dress us in random cultures, totally foreign to us. With the assistance of the internet, we could easily slip into entirely different kinds of settings, from sleeping, eating, working, to entertaining. The level of comfort experienced in doing this can be an indication of how rooted, or not, one is in a specific culture. Whether or not one plays with this idea, issues can come up over things that seem to be disintegrating. Wednesday March 4 With this Virgo Moon we might notice unusual social exchanges. Many people seem to exhibit freedom to express a bit of quirkiness. There’s an emphasis on personal preferences and styles. And this seems like a setup to challenge someone else’s reality. Socially learned behavior vies with what comes naturally. This Virgo Moon is sensitive to the hidden magic in the world and beckons us to be inclusive of it. This can put us in a vulnerable space, teetering to not become over-indulgent or compulsive in our behavior, but rather inspiring and encouraging others to be naturally coordinated in expressing both personal and social personas. Thursday March 5 The Virgo Moon reaches her fullest at 11:05 am, MT, beginning a phase of revelations about how we personally adhere to cultural dreams or question them, especially when it’s intense to uphold them. Questions may arise about the essence of ideals and how to revitalize what is true and reliable about them. Strength and endurance come under scrutiny. At 11:36 am, MT, the Moon goes void of course until tomorrow afternoon. While she is sweeping off the analytical, dissecting thoughts of Virgo, we may become absentminded, forgetting little things while spacing out. On the other hand, we can be quite psychic, seeing things more clearly in our minds. Friday March 6 The Virgo Moon is void of course until this afternoon. There may be more accurate information to be gotten from one’s intuition during this time than from rational thinking. Virgo is usually good at figuring things out logically. But while the Moon is cleansing herself of this sign, its magic can come to the surface, waving a wand to create cosmic and spiritual thoughts which can wrap our heads around the way we think about social ideals. At 5:52 pm, MT, the Moon moves into bridge-making abilities of Libra, informing us of past collaborations. Listen to MoonWise tomorrow on the worldwide web at ksfr.org from 2:00 to 2:30 pm, MT, for the weekend Moon Minute. Weekend March 7 and 8 With this Libra Moon comes a need for action, yet second thoughts create a state of indecisiveness. We may question whether or not we can really grasp the beliefs and ideals which drive our collective lives. It’s hard to penetrate beneath the surface of daily existence. It’s easier to just tread through life in the same way as it seems most people are doing that. What would it take to interrupt weaving the same pattern, and reframe how we work out our lives? On Sunday we may feel drawn to creatively reinterpreting how we see our reality. Poetic sensitivity may bring about spiritual influences.
