Gibbous and Full Moon

Monday July 27 With this Sagittarius Moon we might feel as if our vision has been rejuvenated. We can take things, even the unexpected, head on. It’s as if we can see the future and know things before their time. Some call this ability clairvoyance or the gift of inspired hunches. This fosters inner awareness and opens up new paths to explore. At 6:29 pm, MT, the Moon enters her gibbous phase when we need to play along with what is developing, especially if it seems to be foresight about some social engagement which can demonstrate progressive ways of interacting. During this phase it may seem like we’re on the edge of some plentiful unfoldment like a multitude of rosebuds on a bush. Tuesday July 28 We awake with this Sagittarius Moon, feeling like there are many connections to make. At 7:37 am, MT, the Moon goes void of course for five hours. While she is drenching the hopeful and enthusiastic inclinations of Sagittarius, we are reminded that the most important links to make are the inner ones, and some exchanges need to be taken on faith. At 12:47 pm, the Moon moves into realistic Capricorn, and we can make hard-nosed appraisals of relationships which are coming into form. We may, however, color these social situations with feelings of sympathy and responsibility. Capricorn can successfully eliminate obstacles to most agreeable possibilities. Wednesday July 29 This gibbous Capricorn Moon offers an almost all inclusive reality check of our present social conditions. We just might lack the words to fully describe them. And we might personally give a slant on relationships that consciously or unconsciously is intended to manipulate the views of others. Some might notice if we are imposing our views on the nature of human interactions. Exchanges may take on an erratic nature as the day wanes. We might quickly assess situations and either deal with them head on or simply walk away. We may over-react or under-react. Principles are the best guide in some of today’s encounters, especially if we need to feel in control. Thursday July 30 With this Capricorn Moon we can see the diligent habits formed by how we’re motivated to balance difficult social scenes. We may see many ramifications of group karma and how to handle them. At 12:50 pm, MT, the Moon goes void of course for almost three hours of shoveling off the strong conscience of Capricorn. During this time there may be fear that personal structures of relationships are dissolving. It may help to look beyond established patterns for spiritual connections. At 3:40 pm, the Moon moves into the inner relatedness of Aquarius. Early tomorrow morning we have a full Moon with revelations about how social conditions can be. Friday July 31 This full Aquarius Moon brings an attunement to other people’s needs. There’s information available about social role-playing. We can accumulate evidence of hidden forces in our emotional dynamics with others and see how our hearts are tested in close partnerships. Some of today’s revelations are annoying for the Aquarius in us. Aquarius has an expectation of ongoing change yet repeatedly discovers that very little has been dismantled. Even though progress is a constant for this sign, there’s very little to show for it externally. Listen to MoonWise tomorrow on the worldwide web at ksfr.org from 2:00 to 2:30 pm, MT, for the weekend Moon Minute. Weekend August 1 and 2 The Aquarius Moon is concerned about social values and crowd psychology in these difficult times. This sign is keenly aware of the transcience of cultural forms. This Saturday we can recognize the essentials of ideal relationships. At 4:02 pm, MT, the Moon goes void of course for thirty-four minutes of spinning off humanitarian Aquarius. Perception can be keen during this time. At 4:36 pm, the Moon moves into impressionable Pisces. The heart of connections stands out as Saturn begins to resume direct motion tonight. On Sunday we can keep an eye on our public scene for tense, high-strung behavior. There are opportunities to be influential if we can be articulate.
