But this morning extra attention must be applied to take care of the hidden psychological patterns which limit one’s ability to self-nurture. Surprisingly we can cultivate exactly what our souls need to harmonize feelings with the outer reality, especially if we socialize warmly with those in our metaphorical choir. Groups, in which the level of trust is high, can foster trust through being in sync and reinforcing dialogues. This part of us might have to face antagonism this afternoon, or at least some provocation. A new vitality is emerging. We can use it for new adventures.
