Disseminating and Last Quarter Moon

Monday November 30 With this Leo Moon we can define and distinguish different levels of our being. Self-appraisal can reveal personal assets worth applauding. A spiritual view of life offers guidance in terms of what to cultivate. What we believe ourselves to be has great power over our lives. The Leo in us strives to imprint self- images on that part of our lives based on assumptions of who we are. Leo can actively pursue self-discovery, producing an evolution of creative expressions. Leo is also good at firing up people, inspiring them to engage in activities. Intuition is strong today, and combined with rational ideas can renew inner vitality! Tuesday December 1 The Leo Moon focuses on matters of the heart. We can feel an inner radiance and a longing to externalize it so that the outer reality is brightened. If we’re living in our heads, however, we may need to go through some complex processes to connect the internal feelings with the external state of being. There’s intellectual busyness today with quick understanding and lucky chances. Feelings of hopefulness emerge as greater clarity arrives. And courage to follow intuition is aflame, ready to ignite us into action. The Moon goes void of course at 8:09 pm, MT, putting out the invincible spirit of Leo into the early hours of tomorrow. Wednesday December 2 With today’s Virgo Moon it’s possible to get a sense of how psychic one is, and how much trust there is in subtle sensitivities. The spotlight is on higher cosmic knowledge which can guide one through tough conditions. To stick with one’s intuition in such a situation can be a test of how strongly guided one is. There are also circumstances which suggest a need for ultra-rationality! The sign of Virgo is adept at analyzing and being guided by reason. But when Virgo has a conviction that something is right, whether it’s an action or state of being, there no drifting from that position even it came from a hunch. Thursday, December 3 The Virgo Moon entered her last quarter phase at 12:40 am, MT. It’s a time when we are urged onto some new direction out of feeling a need to live up to the expectations of our inner guidance, have seen the necessity of that advice. Conforming offers a physical, social, and spiritual integration. Getting our thoughts, feelings, and impulses together can help one see things differently. This can bring understanding and reassurance in strange, unfamiliar situations. The Moon goes void of course at 9:59 pm, until tomorrow afternoon, weakening trust in the unknown and opening the mind to confusion. Friday December4 The void of course Virgo Moon offers none of its distinct agendas this morning. During this time there may be encounters with people who have thought-provoking opinions, but being convinced to agree seems allusive. At 3:34 pm, MT, the Moon moves into collaborative Libra. It can be easier for the rational mind to negotiate with the intuitive mind. We can be in sync with our inner truth. If the Libra part of us is too heavily dependent on what others think, however, we might abandon our inner guide, weakening that alliance. Listen to MoonWise tomorrow on the worldwide web at ksfr.org from 2:00 to 2:30 pm, MT, for the weekend Moon Minute. Weekend December 5 and 6 This Libra Moon brings a somber outlook about which structures in one’s daily life help maintain an ever-awareness of one’s internal and external existence. Uneasiness arises, seemingly out of nowhere, triggering defense mechanisms for protection. By looking at the interconnected patterns of collaborating inner guidance with external realities, we can come to an understanding of deficiencies and how to eradicate them. On Sunday we can go deeper and deeper into a big personal challenge, penetrating issues of sabotaging motivations or fear of totally being assertive and empowering. The Moon goes void of course at 7:03 pm, MT, for over nine hours of escaping into dreams.
